There are also options which boost certain damage types, improve defences, and similar bonuses. You could also use these 4w combat just for the Movement technique. Like the OP, if there are any errata out there, I’d be grateful if someone could point me dd the right direction Friday, 5th January, 4d, Class Based Pilot, Wizard, Scientist, etc. They can shift into different nature aspects, and can acquire more through feats. Other than that, and the class- and race-specific feats for new classes and races in the book, a lot of the feats are designed either to enhance interesting tactics, like bull rushing, or to encourage teamwork.
The Seeker is odd: They tank, but not as well as a Warden. They have the latest incarnation of Flurry of Blows, which allows them to deal additional damage to the target or nearby creatures when they attack. It v&d presents a new divine class the runepriest and a new primal class the seeker. Both their ability scores and powers lend themselves to spellcasting, particularly Controlling: 4s Shardminds are designed to be Controllers, this makes the Paragon Path pretty restrictive: Just as the Ardent shines in a party of ranged attackers and spellcasters, the Runepriest is a Leader for a party of front-line melee combatants.
No, the base class for the Monk is in PHB3 and without that book, you won’t be able to make a Monk character. Whilst the stats and abilities of Githzerai could allow many class choices, they and their racial feats are really geared towards being Strikers. However, the Initiate feats are still unavoidable pre-requisites for the related paragon paths which list “Monk or Sorcerer” as the required class. Take of it what you will. Even the pb3 control the offer is just not great. There are a lot of arbitrary halos in this book.
This means, to get much out of them you have to waste lots of Feat slots on Rune Feats, which is a bit limiting. The only question is why on earth you can only slap someone in the face once every encounter….
